1.Wood drying

4. Hot pressing process standard

5.Flush edge precision cutting

8.Trial installation

9.Painting

(1) before grinding, need to check the white blank, for decoupling, bulging, scratching, touching missing products are not processed.

(2) white blanks need to be polished smooth, nail eyes, gaps need to be filled.

(3) The primer should be sprayed evenly, and checked for debonding and blistering, to be sanded after drying.
